Robert Half are delighted to be partnering with Gloucestershire County Cricket Club who have an urgent requirement for an interim HR generalist to join the team, whilst hiring for the permanent role. We are looking for someone who is available to start the role ASAP. This role is paying up to £40k FTE. The Company Gloucestershire Cricket is one of the 18 First Class County Cricket Clubs in England and Wales. Established in 1870, the club has a rich history in the sport, continued to this day. With redevelopment of their Seat Unique Stadium the club now regularly hosts international cricket, as well as the recently refurbished Bristol Pavilion offering a state of the art media and hospitality venue. The Role We are looking for someone who has a strong HR skillset, who will have the ability to join the team at short notice and take responsibility for all day-to-day HR activity across the club. Provide generalist day to day HR support across the club. First point of contact for any Employee Relations Support with contracts, recruitment, and onboarding. Update and maintain HR systems. Experience in policy and procedure review. Person Specification Must be immediately available for work.
