The position is offered on a permanent basis working a hybrid arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. In your new role as Account Manager with this busy team, you will be required to respond quickly and effectively to new and existing customer queries, providing solutions, advice, and quotations. As Account Manager, this is a vital role acting as a primary point of contact for a broad spectrum of clients, developing, and maintaining long term relationships and ensuring customers always receive exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will be: Handling all communications by phone and email Preparing client reports Participating and attending client meetings Managing all works on a CRM system Allocating tasks to internal and external teams, through to completion Coordinating services Ensuring customers projects are delivered on time and compliant with the customers insurance requirements Proactively liaising with customers and review, assessing and following-up any outstanding proposals or quotations. Collaborating with New Sales Team to identify and grow new opportunities Spot and develop opportunities with customers To thrive in the role of Account Manager Account Management experience already will be advantageous to your application Proven experience of handling inbound and outbound calls Self-motivated with the ability to work independently without instruction Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and prioritisation skills Experience of CRM software and MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel). You will be the internal expert on your clients, responsible for owning and deepening client relationships. Your primary focus will be to ensure their large employer clients are fully engaged with their solutions and services, supporting them in achieving their objectives, and fostering long-term, commercially strong relationships. You will manage an assigned portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining a plan for each client to highlight areas for joint impact and commercial growth. Liaising with the Product Team to ensure their software solutions meet client needs and working with external partners and consultants to deliver against your account are also important responsibilities. To be successful, you must take a strategic view to maximise the value of the existing client portfolio, manage your workload effectively, and achieve KPIs and targets. Identifying and managing at risk' clients, developing proposals to save and enhance relationships, and gaining extensive knowledge of their solutions and services are essential. You will also provide transparent feedback to line managers regarding progress against KPI goals at the same time as championing Hubspot (CRM) ensuring high data accuracy! Desirable experience of selling enterprise SAAS is a plus, together with a full UK driving license.
