My world respected client is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team.
Ideally multi-skilled, although Technicians with an Electrical or Mechanical focus will also be considered, to undertake planned, preventative and reactive maintenance across two Cambridge based sites.
You will be working in a team of fellow Engineers and Technicians looking after all plant systems and services and may also need to supervise external service providers and contractors as required.
It's not often you get the opportunity to work for an organisation making a difference globally with their world class research so if you are a Maintenance Technician (Mechanical) ideally with experience in boilers, steam, plumbing and air handling, this is a role not to be missed!
Working as part of a multi-skilled team, you will be responsible for carrying out day to day reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks to ensure operational service and compliance.
You should have a minimum of a NVQ Level 2 in an Engineering qualification as well as building maintenance experience but training will be provided on the specific plant equipment as required.
As a Workplace Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's in-house facilities team, ensuring the efficient operation and delivery of services to their building users.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized Workplace Technician to join one of our client's resident teams at a site based in Cambridge.
