As a Regional Maintenance Surveyor, you will be responsible for ensuring the In-House Repairs Service is delivered to their customers in line with their vision and values, you will ensure all surveying, servicing, inspections, installations, repairs (whether in customers' homes, void properties, or on the estates or schemes) or other works are delivered right first time, safely, in line with their repairs and voids policies and within their budget parameters.
You will provide high quality, accurate and measured advice, diagnostics, works specifications, contract procurement and management, works orders and customer support for the complete range of building defects, remediations, repairs, maintenance, improvements and any other works required to their customers' homes, their schemes and estates and their other property assets ensuring that the company's operational and commercial targets are met.
