We are looking for a Maintenance Operative with multi trade skills to assist with building maintenance, grounds maintenance and general building inspections.
We have an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Operative to join the Site Services team at an established Mental Health Hospital in Nottingham.
As well as undertaking regular inspections of buildings, equipment, fixtures and fittings, you will also carry out the completion of routine and unplanned maintenance operations, ensuring minimal disruption to the service and compliance with operational standards and statutory regulations.
The primary role of the Maintenance Technician is to conduct day-to-day maintenance activities on all manufacturing and packaging equipment, as directed by the Maintenance Team Leader, ensuring adherence to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Complete all equipment preventive maintenance tasks on time, ensuring 100% machine availability for the shift.
Resolve equipment breakdowns promptly and efficiently, returning them to production complete and tested.
Caretaker / Handyperson who will act as a keyholder for the property, carrying out facilities maintenance, maintaining equipment and keeping the premises clean and tidy whilst delivering a first-class service for customers booking the venue is required for a Schools Trust, based in Bristol, South West England.
Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
