Purpose of the RoleThe purpose of the role is to provide support to the Facilities Management Network, reporting to the Operations Manager.
To work alongside the Facilities Management team in a support role, learning the key aspects of the FM role.
The Mechanical Supervisor will oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems within healthcare facilities.
The ideal candidate will ensure that all mechanical systems are maintained to the highest standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive experience in mechanical systems, a strong understanding of healthcare environments, and the ability to manage a team of technicians.
You are responsible for the cleanliness and safety of all external areas within the centres perimeter to the required standards.
Purpose of the RoleThe purpose of the environmental services assistant - external role is to work with other team members to clean and maintain the external areas safely and efficiently.
You will be expected to present a professional, friendly image at all times You will have the ability to work both individually and within a team.
