We are looking for a Maintenance Planner for our client based in Corby. The main purpose of this role is planning and scheduling to ensure efficient execution of all maintenance and reliability practices, programs and processes. Your Responsibilities Work within the Company Safety and Health guidelines. Plan and schedule all required maintenance activities. Perform field walks and discussions for approved work orders to determine the needed time, materials, crafts, and tools required. Conduct continuous improvement activities such as Root Cause Analysis to improve the maintenance performance and best practices. Take ownership of the CMMS, taking responsibility for the administration and effectiveness of the system. Participate in the regular maintenance meetings ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Lead the weekly maintenance planning meeting.
