Our client are looking for an experienced Maintenance Operative / handy person to join their current in house team of Facilities Management engineers and maintenance staff delivering basic planned and reactive repairs and maintenance on their commercial properties.
The ideal candidate for this role will have skills in a particular trade, such as plumbing, carpentry, painting & decorating, but be willing to turn their hand to any maintenance task.
