Strong electrical, systems repair, and diagnostic skills with a solid foundation in mechanical systems. Familiarity with CNC machinery, including multi-axis lathes, horizontal and vertical milling machines, with experience working on Fanuc controls being advantageous. Ability to read and interpret part manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides. Knowledge of general manufacturing processes, including experience in commissioning and decommissioning machinery. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and precision. Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend/stoop on a regular basis. Responsibilities: Repair, install, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC machinery, manual machines, and machining centers. Identify and resolve issues with hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Utilize machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal/vendor resources to research and address machine issues. Conduct testing, make necessary adjustments to parts, and replace components as required. Perform full condition appraisals on CNC machinery and implement planned and preventative maintenance procedures. Assist in planning and executing machine moves.
