We currently have a vacancy for a Machine Shop Manager who will support the Operations Director in achieving business objectives by leading a team of machinists to meet/exceed output, quality and cost performance targets and deliver customer expectations.
The role is also responsible for driving improvements in productivity by increasing machine uptime, reducing cycle times and where appropriate creating a business case for investment in new technology.
Specific Responsibilities of this role includes
Driving safety performance and improvements, including full review of all risk assessments.
