I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to complete a 5 month contract around south birmingham for one of the largest housing associations in the west midlands.
The duties of the Multi Trade Operative will include
Dealing with emergency repairs.
Conducting reactive repairs within customers homes.
We are looking for a Multi Trade in Peterborough to work on an on-going contract.
You will be working on a repairs and maintenance contract for a well established social housing contractor, where you will receive a company van and fuel card from day one.
We are recruiting for a Multi Tradesperson to undertake a wide range of maintenance works in tenanted properties and communal areas which include decorating, joinery and general maintenance and repairs.
The Role
Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property.
Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy.
