Working with the Sales Director and other senior personnel to raise the profile of 14 Forty the Business Development Director is responsible for new business across the sector driving sales and profitability to meet budgetary targets.
The Business Development Director will proactively seek and identify sales to ensure we maximise all opportunities for new business growth, support national / regional and group bid opportunities in a supportive and conscientious manner.
Managing all steps of the sale' internally and externally confidently and competently from pipeline / CRM management, first appointment to signed contract and hand over to operational team.
Your main responsibility will be to identify, develop and secure new business opportunities.
