Job Purpose: Working as an Executive Assistant, your primary objective is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Team Members, ensuring the smooth operation of all facets of the business in alignment with our strategic objectives. Your proficiency in handling formal minutes and actions, along with strong numeracy and literacy skills, will be invaluable. Expertise in the Microsoft suite packages, sound commercial and financial awareness, and excellent customer relations skills are essential. You're comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, adept at handling diverse workloads and maintaining confidentiality with the utmost discretion.
