Description Operating at Group Reward Manager level you responsibilities will include: Running the annual pay and bonus review Handling annual bonus calculations. Managing pay and bonus modelling tasks. Collaborating with Human Resources and senior stakeholders both in the UK and Internationally Ensuring alignment of pay and bonus with company objectives Providing advice and guidance on any pay and bonus related issues Producing and presenting reports supporting the wider HR team with any reward-related issues Profile A successful Group Reward Manager should have: Proven experience in a senior reward role Have led annual pay and bonus review ideally on a global scale Pay modelling Strong knowledge of reward strategies and their implementation Excellent communication and presentation skill Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using HR systems such as Workday or similar is preferred Used to working in a large corporate / matrix environment Job Offer A fixed-term contract role based in Manchester An opportunity to work for a global leader in the FMCG industry A vibrant company culture that values employee welfare and professional growth Comprehensive benefits package
