As our Chef de Partie you will act as a vital part of the team by supporting the running of a section and providing support to the Head chef and other team members, ensuring a smooth operation.
You'll be responsible for maintaining daily production levels and guidelines for the section as directed by the Head Chef, ensuring that quality standards are met.
You'll actively provide direction and support to the team to deliver the operational requirements of the day as required.
