We have an exciting opportunity for a Candidate Manager to join the Talent Acquisition (TA) team. You will be working as part of the Candidate Management Team based in Chester. oAs a Candidate Manager you will be responsible for managing our candidates through the initial application and screening process, through to interview. You will work closely with the recruiter and the Hiring Manager to ensure we have identified the best candidates for our roles. You will be accountable for ensuring a superb hiring experience for both our internal and external candidates. You will collaborate with your teammates to develop targeted strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, fostering an inclusive workplace culture that reflects our values. oProactively identifying talent, both internally and from the external market. Building and nurturing relationships with these candidates to create robust talent pools for future hiring needs. oYou will provide support in the initial stages of recruitment from sourcing, application management, shortlisting through to interview. You will provide feedback to those candidates both successful and unsuccessful at the application and screening stages oYou will be adept at building strong partnerships with Line of Business Recruiters, to successfully deliver recruitment needs across the EMEA organisation. oWorking with senior stakeholders to support a variety of bank projects and initiatives. oYou will use your skills in research to develop a thorough knowledge of your Lines of Business to provide your Hiring Managers with the best candidates for their roles. oYou will be intellectually curious, working to identify and drive process improvements within the role and wider process. oYou will be team focussed and flexible to support additional sourcing activities when required. oYou must be comfortable working on multiple roles, sometimes with tight deadlines, working closely with your recruiters to agree on the best strategy for hiring and prioritising workloads. oYou will have seasoned experience working in a sourcing or recruiter role within a Matrix organisation. oYou will have exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building abilities. oYou will demonstrate a strong attention to detail as well as having excellent communication skills both written and verbal. oYou will ideally have a data focused mind set and analytical skills, perhaps with experience of market mapping and targeted sourcing campaigns. oYou will enjoy providing exceptional service to our stakeholders.
