This is a temporary full-time role which will last for approximately 2-3 months and will include flexible working options (flexing your hours on different days to suit your lifestyle). You will be providing a proactive, efficient and high-quality admin recruitment service. Recruitment Administrator - Benefits A varied role in a talented and experienced team Plenty of opportunities to increase your recruitment knowledge and skills Flexible working options - core working hours required Comprehensive induction and training to help you get up to speed Recruitment Administrator - About The Role Your key responsibilities will include: Managing the primary Recruitment inbox, responding promptly to queries and escalating emails to the wider recruitment team for assistance when required. Logically file emails into the relevant folder/s, ensuring important communications are easily accessible Assist in the initial review of candidates' CVs Provide general administrative support across the entire recruitment process, including scheduling and booking Microsoft Teams interviews for the wider recruitment team, as well as creating interview packs for face-to-face interviews Liaise with the Hiring Managers and Partners to schedule interviews Publish and edit job adverts on both external job boards and on Personio, and create Teams posts to inform the wider company about new vacancies Provide general admin and upkeep for the job boards used for recruiting Assist with facilitating technical assessments for candidates, both face-to-face and remotely Sending PPA questionnaires to candidates being progressed. Pull and save candidate PPA reports, ensuring they are ready ahead of face-to-face interviews The successful Recruitment Administrator will have/be: Someone who is seeking an entry level role in Recruitment or a new Recruitment admin opportunity. You might also be someone with an admin background keen to make the move into Recruitment A minimum of 3 A Levels at grades A, B, B (or equivalent) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Enjoys a fast-paced work environment A self-starter with a with a high level of resilience Strong aptitude for IT - good with Excel and able to pick up new technology quickly Confidentiality is paramount in Recruitment therefore you will need to be tactful and discrete Previous Recruitment/HR Admin experience would be great but is not essential Howett Thorpe are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role and comply with all relevant UK legislation and do not discriminate on any protected characteristics.
