As Premises Manager you will be responsible for the day to day upkeep of the site in East Anglia.
Main tasks and responsibilities include
Oversee and manage HR support of the onsite caretaker/cleaning team and ensure all staff training requirements are met.
Routine day-to-day building and facility maintenance, including 'walk about checks', planned maintenance, emergency repairs, light refurbishment and replacement.
