One of our Milton Keynes based clients require an Implementation Coordinator to join their Installation team. General Job Description / Key Responsibilities The Implementation Coordinator reports directly in to the Senior Implementation Manager and is responsible for supporting with all site installation services, working in partnership with the Sales Support Team and an Ecosystem of Installation Partners. Key Competencies / Skills Working with the Installation Manager and the Service Supervisor to ensure allocation and job briefings are issued for all activities Support with all implementation co-ordination activity to support common ways of working and business service strategy Working with the Sales Support team and Implementation team to create a schedule for order raising and processing Booking of transport and raising associated purchase orders Supporting the Installation Manager and the Service Supervisor with all costs associated to the service delivery, monitoring and highlighting any risks Co-ordinating with the Relationship Sales Team to provide status updates of all service activity Attending daily meetings with Operational and Implementation teams Preparing files for invoicing Promoting the brand by building trust and rapport with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, and to develop brand loyalty Run daily reports to check all projects have been despatched as requested Support month end invoice process Co-ordination of all sign off activities, supporting the Implementation team with communication to customers Preparation of site Health and Safety, and engineer job packs Support the Implementation team with training requirements for the service partners Attend service partner and customer meetings as required Person Specification IT literate with an excellent knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook Experience of working within a manufacturing or engineering environment (desirable) Self-motivated and ability to show initiative Be receptive to fast moving, challenging, rapidly changing and expanding operations Confident and personable Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 8am - 4pm.
Our Client is looking for Installation Technicians to join their growing Operations team based at their head office in Farnborough, Hampshire. This is a full-time permanent role and a great opportunity for an ambitious and confident self-starter looking to join an expanding company. Install Technicians are responsible for building and delivering our exhibition stands and temporary displays. As the final touchpoint in the customer journey, they provide a vital role in providing excellent customer services and making sure our structures are assembled to the highest levels. Stands are primarily constructed using the T3 framework (a tool-less interlocking system of aluminium beams) but many stands also feature woodwork, lighting, flooring and furniture elements which can require a level of knowledge with basic tools. Role and Responsibilities Key Job Responsibilities: Installation of displays both in UK and Abroad. Mainly UK based. Pre-building stands within the warehouses prior to install. Liaising with the Installation Manager and Project Managers to ensure a smooth customer journey. Preparing the hardware prior to builds ranging from woodwork, picking and packing, loading and unloading vans. Reading and interpreting technical drawings (Training provided) to install displays / stands. Ensuring that all necessary paperwork and processes are completed on time. Manual handling of stock and equipment. Managing time and tasks effectively. Hitting project deadlines Liaising with other Operations teams and clients on site. Any other tasks or projects from time to time where your skills or assistance is required. The successful candidate will require the following: Great organisational skills Great communication at all levels Ability to use your own initiative Flexible working hours Ability to work effectively under pressure Problem solving skills Attention to detail Driving License Experience in the Exhibition industry is preferable but by no means essential as all training will be provided
