We specialize in student accommodation projects, including dorms, halls, leisure areas, reception and office spaces, libraries, and communal spaces. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cost planning, pricing, and preparing procurement packs for tender. They should be able to challenge the pre-construction and design teams when necessary and liaise effectively with Quantity Surveyors. This role offers an opportunity for growth, with the potential to oversee a Junior Estimator in the mid to long term. Responsibilities: Cost Planning and Pricing: Prepare accurate cost plans and pricing for student accommodation projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Procurement Preparation: Take ownership of procurement packs, getting them ready for tender.
