The role will involve undertaking both mechanical and electrical works as necessary.
The main duties of this role are to carry out day to day repairs, improvements, programmed and reactive maintenance as directed by the M&E Service Manager, ensuring a high level of productivity and working within timescales and to targets.
All works are to be carried out in accordance with legislative requirements, council policies and procedures and industry best practice as appropriate.

The focus of this role is to undertake fire risk assessments and audits together with general consultancy support and advice to our clients.
Part of the week will be site-based and part at home working on reports and assisting clients; diaries are pre-planned in advance to support and assist work life balance.
