The role is to manage a caseload of of freehold and leasehold transactions; both sales and purchases including new build and help to buy.
A well-established law firm based in Kent is currently looking for a Solicitor to join their busy Residential Property team.
You will be dealing with re-mortgages, preparing and advising on transfers of equity and assisting with the development of new business for the department.
You will work on a broad range of civil engineering and structural assets, from landside assets such as bridges and roadways, to marine assets such as piers, quays and breakwaters.
You will oversee a programme of condition inspections, reporting on inspection findings, and applying your critical judgement to plan an efficient programme of maintenance and repairs that push forward the sustainability agenda.
You will be part of a team responsible for acting as internal consultants to the rest of the Engineering department and the wider business, reviewing designs and specifications to ensure they are aligned to statutory and best practice approaches.
