We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join our clients Sales Support Team within the Customer Support Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries received via phone, website, or email, processing orders, and resolving any issues that arise.
This role will include work on our Post Office Counters
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
