Pertemps Reading are looking for Frontline Customer Service Representatives to join the DHL team based in Reading.
INTERVIEW: Week Commencing 30th September
The Frontline customer service Representatives department is responsible for handling the vast majority of contacts between internal departments and customers on a daily basis.
You will be expected to ensure our customers' needs are exceeded at all times while working in a number of areas of the store, so no two days will be the same.
This is a full time role working 38 hours per week with shifts Sunday to Thursday.
In this role, you will work closely with our valued clients to understand their challenges and use our existing solutions to enhance their customer and user experiences.
