They are now recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their Customer Support team. As a Customer Service Advisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the complete journey of processing orders through to invoicing with strong attention to detail and good admin skills. Customer Service Advisor - Key Responsibilities Create strong customer relationships and enhance the reputation of the business. Managing and processing orders from start to finish. Maintain a strong working relationship with all internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and send relevant documents to internal and external stakeholders. Process orders in a timely and effective manner. Maintain the order book to the highest standard, escalate queries when required. First point of contact for all inbound calls. First point of contact for consumer complaints and recording the queries. Customer Service Advisor - Skills & Experience Excellent attention to detail. Works well under pressure. Strong organisational skills. Strong Admin and Processing skills. Good time management. Works well independently and as part of a team. Complaint handling experience desirable. Prior experience working with an ERP system is desirable. Customer Service experience desirable. The Customer Service Advisor is offering £23,000 - £24,000 basic salary plus benefits, for the successful candidate. This is a full-time, permanent office-based position in Leeds, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am - 4.30pm. All successful candidates will be contacted within 5 days of application.
