My client based in Huntingdon are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a part time basis (hours must be 10am - 2pm Monday to Friday) this is a fully office based role and they require someone 5 days a week.
If you have a background in professional services such as Banking, Law or Finance and have Administration experience this might be the role for you!

To provide back-office support and administrative services to healthcare and other administration employees within the designated Centre location or region.
Acting as the primary clerical support resource for internal and external customers.
Managing telephone, fax and e-mail queries from third parties.
Provide administrative support within the company.
To provide an effective administration support service to the Directors, Clients, Business Development and Operational Managers and keeping detailed and accurate records.
To provide a friendly and professional service to clients, prospective clients, colleagues and visitors.
To provide secretarial and administration support as required to the head of ops.
