To meet their customer expectations, they are looking to expand their machining team with a CNC Turner CNC Turner Permanent Dependant on experience 0600-1545 and 15445-0130 Monday to Thursday, Double days, 2-week rotation Hinckley CNC Turner Job Description Set and operate multi-axis Sliding Head Lathes/CNC Turning Machines (Webster Bennett, Doosan, Hyundai) Some editing of programmes Read engineering drawings and set up machines with the required work holding and tooling in accordance with relevant procedures Undertake upkeep of workstations and machines Use of measuring equipment to check conformance to requirements. CNC Turner Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications Experience setting and operating CNC Turning Machines (at least 2 Axis) A good understanding of Fanuc/Siemens operating systems Well-versed machining high precision, metal components Confident working within a highly regulated industry (aerospace, automotive, nuclear, oil & gas etc) Happy to work double days shifts (early and late).
