This is an exciting new opportunity for a full time Training Administrator to join a company based in Haddenham. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 8.45am - 5.15pm and 8:45am-4:45pm every Friday. Duties will include but not be limited to: Be the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries Managing an inbox and replying to emails efficiently Completing key administration functions within the training department using the company's training software system Liaising and supporting trainers on a day-to-day basis with any ad-hoc tasks as required Producing reports for other departments Assisting with general administration duties such as course preparation and producing attendance sheets To be successful for this position, you must be highly organised with strong attention to detail. You must be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner and have good knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Outlook, and Excel. This opportunity will pay you a salary of £24k-£26k Per Annum (DOE).
