The principal responsibility of the Administrator is to work within the Service team and Administration team to ensure the efficient, cost-effective and smooth running of all service administration for Carers. You will be a core part of the service, supporting the team and their service users. Principle duties: Processing and managing new referrals into an online database and managing client records. Working closely with the Data Analyst to produce reports and ensure quality of data. Responding sensitively and professionally to queries from professionals, families and young people about co services Taking minutes of meetings, organise venues and catering where necessary. Playing an integral part in the organisation of summer activities program. Working closely with the comms team to produce newsletters, and publicity (including social media) Provide administrative support including but not limited to booking training, processing feedback and implementing systems. You must have an understanding of issues around data protection and confidentiality and an understanding of equal opportunities / excellent IT literacy Call Julie!
