This is what you'll be doing
Project management for multiple projects to ensure plans meet contractual requirements, identifying risks and contingency plans to mitigate.
The Engineering Manager, a key member of the Senior Management Team, holds overall responsibility for equipment and building management across the site, supported by a team of managers and engineers.
This role entails fostering inter-departmental relationships, managing and motivating engineering teams.
The role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and process improvement to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
