Our client is seeking additional IT Service Management support to enhance service delivery.
You will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of services by resolving issues, steering customer-driven changes, and leading service delivery teams.
This opportunity involves two roles, each crucial for ensuring the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of service delivery.
Monitor and manage resolver group queue stacks ensuring that the SLA clocks do not expire, tickets are continually updated with progress and/or are appropriately escalated (functional escalation) between resolver groups;.
The role is Admin Assistant which will support key stakeholders.
Previous admin experience is not essential but highly advantageous, ideally within a professional services firm and experience of senior stakeholder support, diary management and use of Outlook.
