A boutique consulting firm are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst to join their newly formed IT Support function.
In this varied support role, you will help manage and run the day-to-day IT operations for the global business.
With two UK offices in Staines and London, you will be splitting your time across both locations, supporting users with their desktops/laptops as well as a variety of other applications and security issues.
We are working with an exciting client who are currently looking for a 1st/2nd IT Support Engineer to help with their IT issues.
As the 1st/2nd Line Engineer will be the only IT Engineer within the client site giving them exposure to a variety of technologies and Networking systems.
Day rate: £100.00to £130.00 per day inside IR35, depending on experience
Based in London my client is recruiting for an 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Analyst for an initial 6 months Fixed Term contract with possible permanent role (You will be on my clients payroll paying £32k-£34k pro-rata -please do not send in your CV if you are looking for a daily or hourly rate, this role would suit someone who is available now or at short notice).
Working as part of the IT team, you will be expected to resolve 1st and 2nd line support calls and to assist with resolving higher level calls.
You will also be the onsite presence for desk side support to users based in London office.
