The school we are working with are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pastoral Support Manager to support and work alongside Year Leaders and Senior leaders to provide outstanding pastoral support.
The role holds many responsibilities in liaising with parents and students, teachers and leaders and external agencies.
To manage the Council's Housing Standards services including Clearance, Home Improvements, Empty Properties, Selective Licensing, HMOs, Enforcement and Healthy Homes services; to ensure that private sector housing programmes are successfully implemented, monitored and delivered on time and within the capital programme budget available and that housing standards across the borough continue to improve.
Monitor and interpret changes in both housing and regeneration policy and legislation to ensure compliance with statutory duties and the application of the most appropriate statutory powers relating to improvements of housing standards and the safeguarding of vulnerable people living in substandard homes.
