Salary and benefits: £27,000 - 35,000 basic salary car allowance for Senior Recruitment Consultants, 24 day's annual leave your birthday off, 15% commission, additional quarterly and annual bonuses and structured career progression plan, free onsite parking.
The role of Recruitment Consultant will take a 360 focus, so you will be responsible for business development within the Lancashire and surrounding area, growth of some existing clients as well as candidate sourcing, booking and management.
