Regular supply work for Primary Teachers or Primary/Secondary Teachers who can cover in Primary Schools. Supply Teacher - Thurrock Essex We work closely with the Schools in the area to ensure all staff absence/sickness is covered by experienced Teachers on an ad hoc basis. It is historically a busy time and there will be regular work on a weekly ongoing basis for Primary Teacher's in Thurrock Essex borough. The Schools in need of regular cover are a mix of Primary Schools and mainstream schools, some are government funded and many are independent schools. Schools you will be asked to attend can cater for children aged between EYFS,KS1 and KS2. The schools need someone who is able to hit the ground running so prior knowledge of mainstream Schools. You must be able to build rapport quickly with students and staff and adapt to individuals needs and learning journeys. This role requires a confident Supply Teacher who likes meeting new people and can quickly adapt to the surroundings of a new classroom. This role general administrative duties, research, quote preparation, and supporting the sales team and Account Managers. Day to Day of the Role: Handle routine telephone and email enquiries, process orders, and escalate complex issues as needed. Record customer queries and complaints using Case Logs. Update and amend service schedules and liaise with service providers for daily operations. Work with the Finance department, customers, and suppliers to resolve invoice queries. Prepare quotations and source solutions for new waste streams under guidance. Conduct research on new solutions for customer requests as directed.
