We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join Aston Martin on a 14-month fixed-term basis covering a parental leave contract at our Gaydon HQ with monthly travel to St Athan.

As an International Trade and Customs Administrator, you possess the initiative to work autonomously or as part of a dynamic team.
You eagerly anticipate the chance to assist in a project involving the examination of import data and origin documents, collaborating with the wider AML Customs Team, AML Procurement, and AML Suppliers to ensure all received documentation adheres to relevant legislative regulations.
Your strength lies in setting and achieving clear objectives.
You'll be a hands-on member of the garden team, involved in every aspect of gardening at Packwood House.
Responsible for day-to-day maintenance, and the highest standards of horticulture, with a focus on the herbaceous borders, you'll also play a vital role in improving the experience of visitors to the garden and wider estate.
You'll be required to work one weekend in six, some bank holidays and occasional evenings.
