Junior Account Manager Basic from £23,000, negotiable additional bonus potential We are looking for a suitably experienced person for the position of Junior / Trainee / Assistant Account Manager with our client in Cumbernauld. In this role you would assist and work alongside a Senior Account Manager and help to ensure the smooth running of their high value accounts, and you would also take responsibility for managing a group of smaller accounts yourself and maintaining and further developing relationships with them. You would be looked upon to gain additional sales from your accounts whenever possible, effectively deal with any general enquiries that customers may have, and ultimately retain their business. Data entry and other administrative tasks are also very important in this position as well. Service Desk Administrator From £25,000, negotiable We are looking for a suitably experienced person for a Service Desk Manager position with our client in Cumbernauld. In this role you would be supporting and maintaining a growing list of customers and proactively working with them and your engineering colleagues to successfully resolve any problems or technical issues. For this role we need someone who has previous service desk / helpdesk experience or a business customer service background, ideally along with some technical experience as well.
