You will be working on a rota basis, Monday - Friday 9-5 and Monday - Friday 12-8 (with the occcasional weekend)
Main Job Purpose
To be the focal customer service and administration point for students, conferences and staff and all stakeholders whilst providing an efficient and effective wide-ranging high standard of general administrative support and customer excellence across the Commercial Services - Residences Department.
Contract Duration: Temporary 3 Months, high potential of being extended
The role is a key role to ensure the delivery of operational routines and administrative provision with guidance and support to enable an effective and efficient Allocations and Sales delivery to students, staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage collection, documentation, and reporting of adverse events from various sources (clinical trials, literature, spontaneous reports).
Ensure timely data entry and compliance with internal procedures.
