The Branch Commercial Director role will lead teams of Account Executives / Development Executives and be responsible for implementing regional sales and retention strategies.
The role is required to motivate, guide and coach a team of Account Executives in order to drive growth through improved retention, cross-sales or new client sales and by doing so contribute to Branch and Regional P&L targets.
In the Commercial Director role, you will have overall accountability for the performance of the Account Executives/Development Executives, providing them with development plans, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their role, together with supporting them on more complex client issues.
