As an IFA Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Financial Planners in their daily operations.
You'll be involved in the removal non-licenced asbestos and materials that contain asbestos.
This includes carrying out the removal itself, as well as reinstating appropriate materials, sampling, and re-inspecting properties.
It's a pretty important job, because you'll be helping to make our properties safe for tenants and the other trades that need to carry out work in them.
You will be required to work to a high standard and delivery excellent customer service, you will need to plan and manage your workload to ensure that jobs are attended and completed within timescales and are completed right first time, reducing the need for any further follow up visits.

This role is critical to ensure our housing stock in maintained to statutory legislation and repairs are completed to prescribed timescales, such as resolving defects causing damp and mould as detailed in the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023.
