You will be a Talent Management Leader with progressive experience gained in the FMCG, Retail, Hospitality, manufacturing or logistics sector.

Based in Northampton, Northamptonshire our award-winning client is looking for a Financial Controller to join the team on a permanent, hybrid-working basis, with 3 days required in the office per week.
This role would suit an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant who is from an audit background looking for their 2nd role out of practice.
They will be responsible for supervising and reviewing the financial month end close process for the business with particular focus on meeting reporting deadlines and other work performed by junior members of the team.
