Pricing Analyst Wolverhampton Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) £40,000 - £48,000 In this role, you'll be a key player in the pricing and commercial team of a major hospitality brand. You'll be working closely with the retail and food teams to help make decisions that affect thousands of customers. You will be responsible for the evaluation of the pricing and promotional strategy across the business, as well as the analysis of the commercial activity. There's vast amounts of data available to help you build your analysis and strategy and you'll require in-depth excel knowledge to make the most of it. You'll take your findings to the highest level of the business and help them implement real pricing changes that make an impact in a tight market. The ideal person for this role has excellent Excel skills, a passion for data and the ability to deliver strategies and analysis to senior stakeholders. Role responsibilities Complete commercial modelling of various menus across the business, working closely with the Food Category and Retail Marketing teams during the development process Monitoring competitor pricing patterns and reviewing promotional activity Collaborating with the Guest Experience & Insight team to develop the analysis of hard and soft Guest metrics and their impact on improving commercial performance Working with the Drinks Category team to review pricing across drinks categories for the formats Utilising your Excel skills to help harness the data make impactful changes Skills required Experience of working with large data sets A strong background in Microsoft Excel Any experience of the hospitality or retail sectors would be beneficial Great soft skills and an ability to deliver reports to senior stakeholders and work cross functionality with a variety of teams If you have a desire to play a big role in a pricing team that's going from strength to strength and want to be mentored by an experienced manager then don't hesitate to apply or reach out to Ben Greensmith for more information.
