Key Accountabilities
To maintain the walled flower garden, courtyard garden and ornamental home circuit to the highest horticultural standards, working closely with the Lydiard Management Team.

Our client, Swindon Borough Council is looking for 2 Experienced Social Workers to join their Urgent Response Team and Discharge Hub Team, who support onward discharge planning from the acute hospital or a discharge to assess bed.
