About the role Sytner Group is looking for a motivated and committed Parts Advisor to join our team at Sytner Jaguar Land Rover Northampton. As a Sytner Parts Advisor, you will demonstrate a 'One Team' approach, and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers/suppliers. You will ensure that all requests are dealt with promptly, and support and assist colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing. You will also ensure that the parts stock room is well maintained and stock levels are managed, by taking responsibility for the ordering and selling of a wide range of vehicle parts and accessories. Sytner Parts Advisors work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service. About you Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role within the motor industry and be IT literate. High levels of organisation and attention to detail are required for this role. Fantastic communication skills and customer-facing experience are essential as you will be talking to customers both face to face and over the phone. Class 1 night drivers required for immediate starts in Northampton. Start times between 18.00 - 21.00 Paying: Basic £19.51 per hour Overtime £21.51 per hour Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team on an ongoing contract basis. As a Class 1 Driver, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers. Responsibilities: Operate and drive various types of Class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. Transport goods to designated locations following prescribed routes and schedules. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness. Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate records of vehicle operations and completed deliveries. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members. Ensure the proper handling and securing of cargo to prevent damage or loss. Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times. Requirements: Valid Class 1 driver's license Minimum 1 years of experience as a Class 1 Driver. Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws. Ability to operate and maneuver heavy vehicles with precision. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
