We are currently looking for a Member Experience Executive to join our Member Services Team and be part of our continuing growth at our Head Office in Wootton
The Member Services Team are responsible for the registration and renewal of all Copart Members,to be able to bid and buy in our UK and Ireland auctions new Members must complete the registration process and then, annually, need to renew their membership.
The Member Services Team are the first point of contact for current and new Members who have questions regarding registration, renewal, the website, bidding, buying, fees, collection/delivery, and all other questions connected with our business.
We are recruiting a Transport Administrator to join our team, based at our Head Office in Wootton, Bedfordshire, MK43 9EJ.
This role will provide an effective and total administration service to support the Central Transport team, whilst ensuring that a high standard of customer service is applied to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include
Transport team general correspondence and administration, including suppliers and yards.
