Newly Qualified SEN Teacher - Chingford, East London Remedy Education are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Newly Qualified SEN Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for Special Educational Needs to develop their teaching skills within a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs. Create and implement effective strategies for behaviour management and differentiation in order to support the learning of all pupils. Monitor and track pupil progress, identifying areas of difficulty and developing intervention strategies. Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to pupil learning. Engage effectively with parents and carers, building positive relationships in order to support pupil progress both at home and in school. Take responsibility for personal and professional development, seeking opportunities to learn and enhance teaching practice. Requirements: A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS) with Qualified Teacher Status. A clear understanding of the national curriculum and statutory requirements for pupils with Special Educational Needs. A passion for providing high-quality, inclusive education that meets the needs of all pupils. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues. The ability to use a range of strategies to support pupil learning and progress. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
