The business is changing and this role comes about through further development of their finance team.
The role is permanent and could be either full or part time and will be based at the company's headquarters in Hayle.
Well Placed HR are delighted to have been exclusively engaged by a long established and highly successful services business who seek to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager to join the company on an interim, full time contract.
The duration of the assignment is likely to be circa 12 months and the role will be based at the company's headquarters located on the NW Cornish coast.
The business already has an established people management function and it is hoped that the successful candidate will both maintain, develop and future proof HR policies & procedures, as well as mentoring a junior member of the people management function.
