Page Personnel is working with a highly reputable organisation based in Lyndhurst who is looking for a Senior Finance Assistant to join their accountancy team until the end of September at least. You will predominately work within accounts payable and offer to support to the accounts payable and accounts receivable clerks. This role reports to the Finance Manager. Client Details Our client is a highly reputable not for profit organisation based in Lyndhurst. They are based in the town centre with free on site parking. Due to some recent changes in the team, they need support ASAP! Description As the Senior Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for: Checking invoices for accuracy Dealing with queries Liaising with internal stake holders & suppliers Working with high volume Monitoring the inbox Creating POs Setting up new suppliers Chasing suppliers Checking the cash book Some processing initially to learn the systems and processes Supporting 2 AP Clerks and 1 AR Clerk Profile In order to be considered for the Senior Finance Assistant role, you must: Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this Have excellent communication skills Be a problem solver Have high attention to detail Ideally have had some supporting/mentoring experience Be able to work within a small but busy team Be able to multi task Job Offer The chance to work in a temporary role until at least September 2024.
