Finance Assistant Permanent Co Antrim Reed Accountancy & Finance are excited to be working with a fantastic business in the manufacturing and construction industry in Co Antrim and are actively recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity, office based in Co Antrim. The core responsibility of this role will be to manage the accounts payable process while assisting with any other accounts administration across the team. Specific duties will involve: Responsible for the accounts payable function from supplier set-up, processing of invoices and credit notes and communicating directly with suppliers as required Responsible for reconciling supplier accounts and the monthly supplier payment runs Liaise with our Procurement Department on purchase order queries/issues and address these in a timely manner Assisting with payroll function when payroll administrator is on leave Ad-hoc duties which may reasonably be required within the finance function The Person: Applicants should have previous accounts payable experience, ideally gained within a construction / manufacturing business Applicants should have a working knowledge of Sage 200 software Excellent communication and interpersonal skill are essential together with a flexible approach to change If you are looking for work in a stable and high achieving team environment, please get in touch in confidence with Lizzy Lyons on and email an up to date cv to
