Our client is a Drug & Alcohol Recovery charity based in Luton.The post of Cluster Lead Nurse is to provide clinical leadership and clear direction for the Newham integrated nursing team and to promote development and delivery of clinical health and wellbeing interventions.Hours per week: 37.5 Monday to FridayContract Length - TBCPay rate: £38 - £42/hrPrimary duties:You will play a key role in ensuring the nursing team delivers evidence-based clinical interventions, including vaccinations, blood-borne virus screening, health, and wellbeing assessments to support drug and alcohol prescribing and detoxification programs and will provide a clinical supervision role to the nursing team.To ensure that the services clinical model is functioning effectively, and all clinical services are delivered in line with the companies' policy and national guidance.You will be involved in a clinical audit of the service under the direction of the Deputy Director of Nursing.Management and development of nursing staff.Requirements:NMC registrationPrevious experience of managing peopleIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
